Program Highlights
At USCA, our BSN program prepares tomorrow's leaders to succeed in nearly any healthcare setting. Our nursing degree will help you prepare for a wide range of possible careers in nursing, from clinical care to research and beyond.
So, what makes us one of the top nursing schools in South Carolina? At USCA, you'll find:
- A new critical thinking nursing curriculum based on updated accreditation standards. Our new curriculum boosts skills-based learning by teaching nursing students how to think critically so they can provide the best care solutions for each individual patient.
- Small class sizes. You’ll rarely be in a class with more than 20 students. In fact, our labs and clinical groups have an 8-to-1 student-to-faculty ratio. That means more personalized attention, more opportunities to get your questions answered, and a better chance to really get to know your classmates and find your community.
- A well-respected degree that’s also affordable. USCA offers the lowest tuition among public nursing schools in South Carolina and Georgia. Plus, we have nearly 40 scholarships just for nursing students. Last year, we awarded more than $100,000 to deserving students in our BSN nursing program.
We also offer an RN to BSN program 100% online. Find out more information here.
