University Housing

For residents who are moving out of University Housing—this includes those who are graduating, transferring to another institution, or not returning to USCA—here is the process for moving out of University Housing using Express Check out:

1. Move all your belongings from your room or apartment 24 hours after your last exam unless you are graduating (Graduates need to be out by 10:00 a.m. on May 9th).
   
   
2. Fill out the form linked below, grab an envelope at the return key box site and fill it out, seal your room and mail key into the envelope and place it in the key return box.
   
             Failure to return your keys will result in a $160.00 fee.
   
   
3. After your departure, your room will be inspected, and any fees or fines that may have been incurred will be posted to your student accounts.
