Late Stay in Housing over Christmas and New Year’s Break
Residents wishing to remain in University Housing over the Winter Break (Saturday December 13 to Sunday, January 11, 2026) must complete the Late Stay Request Form by Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 9:00 am. Each resident will be notified via USCA email by Wednesday, December 10, 2025, regarding their request for a Late Stay in University Housing.
Additionally, please understand that there is a $500.00 fee for residents wishing to remain in University Housing over the break, it is not pro-rated for the time that a resident is in University Housing over the break. This is a flat fee that will be placed on each resident’s USC Aiken Student Account and will be payable when the spring 2026 University bills are due in January.
ALL LATE STAY REQUEST MADE AFTER 9:00 AM ON TUESDAY DECEMBER 9th WILL BE CHARGED A $50 FEE. (If you have issue with the late stay form please contact housing at housing@usca.edu or Ms. Hope at Hopes@usca.edu before TUESDAY DECEMBER 9th)
Please know that if you have not submitted a Late Stay Form, your card access to University Housing (buildings and gates) will be suspended after 9:00 am on Saturday, December 13, 2025. Only those residents on the approved Late Stay list will be provided card access after 9:00 am on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
