Submit A Work Order
University Housing has a full-time maintenance staff devoted to University Housing and our residents. If you need immediate assistance for emergencies outside of normal work hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), please contact a staff member at your area office or the Resident Mentor on duty.
You must use your USCA email address and password to access our housing work order system.
Housing Work Orders
Please complete the work order form with your building name, room number, and maintenance issue. You will be updated via email as soon as the work is completed.
Laundry Work Orders
The laundry facilities in our residential communities are monitored by Caldwell & Gregory. If you have a problem with one of their machines, please either submit a work order online at http://caldwellandgregory.com, scan the QR code on the machine and send it directly to Caldwell and Gregory, or call 1+(800) 927-9274.
