Assignments: All summer students will be housed in Pacer Downs.

Currently, Housing is offering Double rooms and Doubles and Singles for Summer Students 2026

Check-out Process

All students, except those staying for Maymester, must check out 24 hours after their last exam or by May 7 , 2026, at 10 a.m., whichever comes first. Summer II session students not staying for the 2026-2027 school year must vacate University Housing by August 6, 2026, at 10 a.m.

Maymester Check-In

Check-in for Maymester residents will be on Sunday, May 10, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please report to the Pacer Commons office to check-in.

Maymester Check-Out

Check-out for Maymester residents is on Friday, May 29, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Please sign up for a check-out time with the housing staff.

Summer I Check-In

Check-in for Summer I residents will be on Sunday, May 31, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please report to the Pacer Commons office to check-in.

Summer I Check-Out

Check-out for Summer I residents is on Thursday, July 2, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Please sign up for a check-out time with the housing staff.

Summer II Check-In

Check-in for Summer II residents will be on Sunday, July 5, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please report to the Pacer Commons office to check-in.
